I tried this glaze for my roast gammon at Christmas, it was a great hit. I just had to have more. The only negative was that one of the jars had opened & leaked. Otherwise excellent.
This is an excellent accompaniment to roast gammon or ham which we first had at Christmas and cannot get hold of since unless buying direct from the website. My suggestion would be to get this product into as many food shops / garden centre delis as possible - have visited 3 today none of which stock your product! Bit of a pain having to order online all the time

Very nice , well cooked , flavoursome , and the smoked flavour comes over well .
This is wonderful, full of flavour, great with ham, delicious on strong cheese and biscuits. I did a pork loin with it as a glaze, it certainly has a punch, the balance of flavours is great, love it, love it. Id like to try other jams but I can't have garlic or onion, maybe you could make a lime jam without garlic or onion I would certainly buy and recommend. Anything without onion and garlic is great.
